Beautiful viewpoint, can see different views from different angles. Windy. Can get blinding hot sun. Toilet is at the restaurant near entrance.

You may call me Captain Obvious, but the best view of the sunset is right from the lighthouse place. Try to get there at least 40 min before sun goes down. Later there is a crowd of tourists :)

Stunning sunset, and would recommend an hour or two to linger here starting from 6pm to find a suitable place to admire the sky turning into a palate of colours

Beautiful view with nice walk side along the of the cape. It also good companies your visit with a meal in one of the restaurants nearby.

If you find yourself wondering why didn't you book a sunset cruise, Promthep Cape is the best place to go to catch an amazing sunset from the southern tip of the island.
